 Grand Dragon Golf Return Policy

*Please note, returns must be requested within 30 days of receipt, and all products must be returned in new and unused condition. Used products will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender. Apparel and accessories must be unworn with tags still attached, and footwear must be returned in its original box. You can initiate your return by contacting us via email or phone at 0769-87924588. Please provide your golfyy.com order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return. Grand Dragon Golf will email you a prepaid return shipping label. Please print this label and clearly write your order number on the outside of the package. Contact the returns department before shipping if any changes need to be made to the items being returned. Once a return request is submitted, all returns must be received by Grand Dragon Golf within 60 days of the original purchase to qualify for a refund.

 

Please allow a minimum of 15 days for Grand Dragon Golf to receive and process your return. Upon receipt and inspection of the product, a refund will be issued to the original payment method (No.19 GaoLi Industrial, Tangxia Town, Dongguan city, Guangdong, China). You can expect a refund within 30 days of receipt. We will notify you via email once your refund has been processed. Please note, we do not refund shipping costs. If items are missing from your return, your original payment method will be re-charged for any missing items. Shipments sent to a location other than the one on the Grand Dragon Golf-provided return label may result in the denial of all customer claims related to that return. Returns received without a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and Grand Dragon Golf-provided label(s) are subject to refusal and return to the customer. Grand Dragon Golf reserves the right to refuse credit for unauthorized returns.

 

For returns involving both a gift card/store credit and a credit card, refunds are processed as follows: The amount initially paid with a gift card or store credit will be refunded first to the original gift card or store credit balance. Any remaining refund amount will be credited to the original credit card used for the purchase.

 

Exchanges

Please note that we do not perform exchanges at this time. All returns will be processed as a refund, and a replacement order must be placed separately. Wholesale Return Policy

All products must be returned in the same condition as received, except for the removal of price stickers, tags, and customer markings (without damage to the product or packaging). Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling charges incurred in returning the product. Customers must notify the Grand Dragon Golf Returns Department of their intent to return products. Return requests must include an order number, invoice number, or PO number and be requested within 30 days of receiving the product. If approved, Grand Dragon Golf will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and label(s), which must be attached to the carton(s) containing the returned product. All hard goods, footwear, apparel, and accessories must be returned separately to the address on the Grand Dragon Golf-provided return label (No.19 GaoLi Industrial, Tangxia Town, Dongguan city, Guangdong, China). s, a credit will be issued equal to the invoice price of the product, less any applicable restocking fees and discounts. If no invoice number is provided, credit will be issued based on current product pricing. Shipments sent to a location other than the one on the Grand Dragon Golf-provided return label may result in the denial of all customer claims related to that return. Returns received without a valid RMA number and Grand Dragon Golf-provided label(s) are subject to refusal and return to the customer. Grand Dragon Golf reserves the right to refuse credit for unauthorized returns. Unauthorized items are also subject to a restocking fee. Requests for the return of defective products will not be honored for products invoiced more than 3 months prior to the request.
